• Wide Application
Aluminum alloy bulk cement tank trailer is also one type of bulk cement trailer, but the tank and chassis are made by aluminium alloy to suit the updated road regulation. The tare weight is about 8 tons, which is nearly 3 tons less than the steel bulk tank cement trailer.
The application is the same as steel tank bulk cement trailer to carry the powdered materials such as cement, fly ash, flour, plastic particles. The tank body is composed of a V shape tank, a diesel engine, an air compressor, and a set of tank parts which include the manhole cover, fluidized bed, discharging pipe and valves.
• Lightweight Design
This product is made of aluminum alloy and can load more dry powder. The whole tank and trailer chassis are used the aluminum alloy plate. The wheel rims, tubes, some tank parts are aluminum ones which reduce the weight again.
Since the center of gravity is also relatively low, it is safer to drive. More goods can be carried without overloading.
It has 3 axes and is v-shaped. It has the advantages of simple structure, high material utilization, and low center of gravity. It is a special vehicle for the transportation of bulk powder such as cement, coal powder, stone powder and chemical powder.
