1. Special design heavy duty chassis, strong, stable and less weight.

2. The box material B610, T700, NM450, strong and wear resistance material. The thickness 2~3mm, and less weight.

3. The special design for conveyor box with enhancement, easy discharing of bulk material and do not transformation.

4. The running gear is FUWA axle and mechanical suspension, strong and durable running gear.

5. There are several other options for running gear, like customer could choose BPW axle, air bug suspension, disc brake axle.

6. By the remote control, the driver could operate the rear door, the top cover, the conveyor belt walking and stop.

7. The bulk materials in the coveyor box trailer is discharged by the conveyor belt, no need to tip, no requirement about the road condition, very safe for discharging.

8. The conveyor belt trailer is suitable for bulk material transportation, like the coal, sand, small stone, small clinker, etc.

9. The working theory of the conveyor belt trailer is that, the power is take off from the tractor PTOand then transfered to hydraulic pump, and then to the hydraulic motor which drives the chains on the trailer bottom to roll.

10. The tractor head needs to be fixed with hydraulic system which includes the hydraulic pump and hydraul oil tank and pipes.

11. The trailer needs to be equipped with hydraulic motor and hydraulic pipes.

12. The conveyor delivery system is consisted of hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, the conveyor chain, and conveyor rubber belt.

13. With years of experience and maket test, the parts on the hydraulic system and conveyor belt work and match well, working efficiently and less failure.

14. Good quality stainless conveyor chains, the life span is more than 10 years.

15. Good quality conveyor rubber belt, it could be used for 3 years. There is also optional for high temperature resistance rubber.

16. The top cover could be metal cover or tarpaulin, both are remote control type.
