Compressed garbage truck consists of sealed garbage compartment, hydraulic system and operating system. The whole vehicle is fully sealed, self-compression, self-dumping and compression process of sewage all into the sewage compartment, a more thorough solution to the problem of secondary pollution in the process of garbage transportation, avoiding inconvenience to people. Imported components are used for key components, which have the advantages of high pressure, good sealing, easy operation and safety.
Following is a part of the daily maintenance of compressed garbage trucks shared with you.
1.The oil seal on the drive shaft is damaged. Replacement of oil seal, the fault is mostly caused by dirty oil. Check the abrasive particles in the oil, clean the whole hydraulic system and find out the cause of pollution. Check whether the oil pump drive shaft is aligned or not, improper installation will also cause seal wear. If the pump shaft is not in alignment, the damage of other parts should be checked again.
2.Loose or broken parts of oil pump. Check the fastening status of all fasteners and joints. Check whether there are cracks in the pump body and find out the causes, such as excessive pressure or improper hose installation.
3.The joystick is misaligned or jammed. Re-install. Control valve body connection bolt is loose, tighten bolt according to the recommended torque of manufacturer. Inside the valve there is no reason to break, repair or change parts, find out the cause.
4.The connecting bolt of the valve body is too loose. Tighten bolts to meet the required torque of the manufacturer, replace O-ring between valve bodies, if the O-ring is damaged by dirt, clean the hydraulic system and find out the cause of pollution. The cylinder is damaged. Replace the cylinder and find out the cause of the damage.
5.Oil leakage of piston rod seals. Replace the seals and find out the cause of wear, both internal and external contaminants may cause damage to seals. Check whether the piston rod is scratched or straight, and repair it in time. The cylinder parts are loose. Tighten the parts until no oil leaks.
6.Piston rod damage. Check for any scars or scratches and replace the damaged piston rod. When the control valve plate is in the middle, the lifting cylinder drops. Check whether the hydraulic lock or balance valve of the lifting circuit is damaged, repaired or replaced.
7.Oil leakage of cylinder seals. Replace the seals, check whether there is any dirt in the oil that causes wear and tear, and check whether the cylinder is improperly installed. The pipeline to the cylinder may leak. Tighten the joint and check whether the joint surface of the coupler is uneven or not.
