• Main Usage
The extendable trailer can transport lengthy cargoes. The retractable mechanical spring is designed to control the length. The frame can be extended to fit for the line-haul of a great deal of goods.
• Extendable Performance
After removing the iron bolt, the first folded crossbeam will be drawn out by the force offered by the driving vehicle. For carrying more goods, the length can be readjusted by removing second iron bolt. It is important to note that the bolt can’t be removed at the same time but can be fixed when folding the frame.
• Numerical Control
The hole of the main beam is punched by numerical control machine. The welding is automatically completed by submerged arc furnace. Any joints are not found in the integrated main beam. Materials are processed by CNC cutting.
• Lightweight Material
Steel plate is used to produce the main beam. The light steel with high strength can make the weight and load of the vehicle reduced and improved respectively. Moreover, abrasion and deformation can be resisted.
• Bias Tire
The bias tire approved by engineering vehicles is adopted to offer the better elasticity and abrasion resistant.
