Advantages and disadvantages of vertical powder material transport vehicle
The center line of the tank body of the vertical powder tank car is in the vertical direction. And vehicles can carry one or more vertical tanks. A fluidized bed is arranged at the lower part of each cone with a large inclination angle. It can ensure that the material in the tank can slide quickly and smoothly to the fluidized bed at the bottom of the cone. When compressed gas is introduced into the lower part of the fluidized bed, under the action of the fluidized bed, the material is then piped through the discharge port to the designated storage container.
Advantages:
1.The range of materials to be shipped is very wide, including powder, granular and bulk materials. Granular material can be unloaded by pneumatic force and bulk material can be unloaded by gravity self-unloading.
2.Remaining rate is very low. Large inclination angle can effectively ensure the smooth sliding of materials to the fluidized bed at the bottom of the cone. And the fluidized bed area is small, so the remaining rate of material in the tank is very low.
Disadvantages:
1.The gravity center of the vehicle is slightly higher than that of the horizontal powder material transport vehicle.
2.The unloading process takes slightly longer than that of a horizontal powder material transport vehicle of the same volume. Because the tank body is usually multi-storehouse structure, after each storehouse is discharged, the pressure in the tank should be raised to a certain value again before unloading operation can be carried out in the next storehouse, the unloading time is longer.
3.The manufacturing process of vertical powder material transport vehicle is more complicated than that of horizontal powder material transport vehicle, so the costs of the vehicle is higher.
