Why has the automatic adjusting arm not been popularized in China?

Firstly,manual adjusting arm is cheaper. If it is replaced by automatic adjusting arm, the average cost per vehicle will increase by 400-600 yuan.

At present, the price of manual adjusting arm is around 50 yuan, while the price of domestic automatic adjusting arm is about 150 yuan.Some automatic adjusting arm is more expensive ,which may reach 200 yuan, and the price of imported Hande automatic adjusting arm is about 260 yuan.It can be found out that the price gap between automatic adjusting arm and manual adjusting arm is pretty big.And a vehicle will use multiple adjusting arms at the same time,then the price gap will be multiplied,so the user can not accept it.

Secondly,national policy does not demand automatic adjusting arms to be mandatorily installed on trucks.In the current national standards, only the drum brakes of passenger cars are demanded to be equipped with automatic adjusting arms, and there are no compulsory measures for trucks.

Thirdly,people's awareness of safety is not deep enough.the driving safety is the biggest benefit,the rising cost of the automatic adjusting arm can not be measured with the loss caused by the acciden.

Finally,users are lack of understanding of automatic adjusting arm.Some users have mismatched when they use the automatic adjusting arm,and the cost is so high,then it's easy to go back to use manual adjusting arm.
